Terms
The service
RingSpar provides software for practicing phone calls with AI callers and scoring practice and real calls against a playbook. These terms apply to anyone who signs up for a pilot or uses RingSpar under a customer agreement. Where a signed agreement exists, it takes priority over these terms.
Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
- The person who signs up for a company is its first admin and is responsible for who they invite.
- You must be authorized to accept these terms for your company.
Pilots
A pilot includes a set number of practice minutes and a monthly cap on AI usage. When the practice minutes are used up, practice calls pause until we agree a plan. When the monthly AI cap is reached, calls and scoring pause until the next month. We may end a pilot at any time.
Your data
- You own the calls, recordings, documents and other data you put into RingSpar.
- You're responsible for having the right to record calls and to share recordings with us, including any notice or consent the law requires.
- We use your data only to provide the service to you. See Privacy and Security and data.
Acceptable use
Don't use RingSpar to break the law, to harass anyone, to try to recreate a real person's voice, or to probe or overload the service.
Scores are guidance
Scores and feedback are produced by AI and can be wrong. Use them to guide coaching, not as the only basis for decisions about a person's employment.
Payment
Pilots are free within their limits. Paid plans are priced in a written quote and invoiced as agreed.
Ending the service
You can stop using RingSpar at any time. When an account closes, we delete its customer data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Liability
RingSpar is provided as is during pilots. Limits of liability for paid plans will be set out in the customer agreement.
