Built by someone who runs phone teams

RingSpar is built by someone who has run phone teams. New hires needed somewhere to practice before talking to real customers, and managers needed to know how the real calls were going without listening to all of them.

Role-play with a manager helps, but it's hard to schedule and the manager is never quite the customer. Listening to recorded calls helps too, but nobody has time to hear more than a few. So we built practice callers from the team's own recordings, scored practice and real calls against the same playbook, and joined the two up.

It's for any team on the phones: sales, account management, customer support, claims and intake.

How we work

• Plain answers. If something isn't built yet, we say so.
• Your calls are yours. We use them for your team and nothing else.
