Who we are

RingSpar provides call practice and call scoring software to businesses. In this policy, "we" means RingSpar and "you" means a person who visits ringspar.com or uses RingSpar through their employer.

Two kinds of data

Customer data. When a business uses RingSpar, it decides what calls, recordings and documents to give us. We process that data on the business's behalf and only to provide the service. The business is responsible for having the right to record its calls and share them with us.

Website and account data. When you visit the site, book a consult or sign up, we collect what you give us (such as your name, work email and company) and basic technical data needed to run the site.

What we collect

• Account details: name, work email address, company, role.
• Call data supplied by your employer: recordings, transcripts, scores and the playbook documents used for scoring.
• Practice call audio and transcripts.
• Consult requests: the details you enter in the form.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security and to limit abuse.

How we use it

• To provide the service: transcribing and scoring calls, building practice callers and running practice calls.
• To reply to consult requests and support questions.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use customer calls to train AI models.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run RingSpar, including OpenAI (practice call voice and transcription) and Anthropic (scoring and drafting). Under their standard API terms, they don't use the data to train their models. A current list of providers is available on request.

How long we keep it

Call recordings and practice audio are deleted 13 months after the call by default. Other customer data is kept while the business is a customer and deleted on request or after the contract ends. See Security and data for details.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. If your data came to us from your employer, we'll work with them on your request. Email hello@ringspar.com.

Cookies

We use a cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies.
